1.Q:Why Google Chrome/Safari/Firefox/Opera etc. Browser doesn’t display 720P?Are you lying to us ?

A:Nope!!This reason is that our Web Browser Developing Software based on IE Web Browser.Others could be incompatible.

2.Q:Does it support Email Photos Notifications?

A:Sorry.This function is not stable with the Server.So we wouldn’t support it any more.

3.Q:Why WiFi cannot configure successfully?Does it support Dual Band Router 2.4G and 5G WiFi?

A:This is a 2.4GHZ supported camera and it does not support 5GHZ network.Kindly refer the Instructional Video and the User Manual before use.

4.Q:If i don’t know how to use,can i open a dispute directly?

A:Please contact us before you open dispute. We’ll 100% solve your problems.

5.Q:Could you extend the Protetion Day?

A:Of course.We will extend Protection Day for you.Have not received the product more than 60 dyas(Brazil-90 days).If it delay,we can also extend more days for you as your request.
